Any dispute over the final invoice must be made by the end of the Event. Any changes or cancellations to advance Equipment Orders must be received in writing and will be assessed a 50% delivery charge. Onsite orders are subject to a higher rental rate than advance orders. All onsite Equipment orders are due in full no later than the conclusion of the Event.
